Is ICLD in violation of SEC regs for not yet filling a form 4(?) showing it now owns about 50% of SGSI?

Might want to ask the SEC how long they have to do so???

I was just told 2 days????

Other advise was 15-30 days. Its been about 45 days already.

Naughty boys. And SGSI is no longer reporting Restricted and Unrestricted share volume on the OTC reports sight. And the float data is about 10 months old. Shame, shame shame.
