sorry rawman. sprv and every other company tells their transfer agents/mm's to "transfer" the shares from the company to the public either directly or indirectly. in this case, sell to the public at .0001 and buy from the company at .00001 for a 10x gain going to the company, minus commission and fees, for working capital. lol, go read a different penny stock 101 book
