UnitedHealth had 23% of Part D patients, and UHC does not cover V, period - not even on T4 - download their Part D formularies for 2018 and 2019 if you don't believe me (I did).

Your DD is the poorest among the posters, usually (if not always) wrong (e.g. "Pharmakon" interest) … and you are wrong again.

AARP MedicareRx Preferred, AARP MedicareRx Saver Plus and AARP MedicareRx Walgreens (are in the Top 10 Medicare Part D Plans Ranked by 2018 Enrollment; 3,9 enrollment in 2018) cover Vascepa. Kaiser Permanente 2019 Comprehensive Formulary covers also.
