The fact that it was this shell with all that debt supports the idea that Jake was either trying to take a majority position and thereby get the shell for only about $60,000 instead of by making a real offer directly to the company, or that he was only trying to make others THINK he was trying to take a majority position.
I asked early on -- why 45.33%? Why didn't he pony up another $5k to get what he thought was a true majority if he had wanted to really take it over?
He only started buying more AFTER plenty of people were talking about the OS being a lot higher...
Looks more to me like Jake never really intended to take this company over, if I had to guess.
He has spent LESS here than he did a month ago on VNUE..he spent over $100k flipping that one.
My philosophy is to just be honest and balanced, and let the market decide if it agrees or not.
