Janice, perhaps it is my ignorance, but why bother buying a shell like IFLM, even if he makes a deal for the preferred?

I agree. Why this shell? It has no intrinsic value. He could simply have purchased a shell, and not have had to pay increasingly higher prices for the stock he was buying on the open market.
