Jake is a millionaire with a legal team behind him.
Why does everyone keep saying Jake has a "legal team"? Yes, the PR refers to one, but in Pennyland, people always grandly refer to "legal teams" when they're usually talking about just one attorney.
It's obvious Jake didn't have a clue about the Series A and Series AA preferred when he started buying. Any securities attorney would have told him that stock was a control block he couldn't get his hands on, and so it would be impossible for him to gain control of the company.
And you don't have to be a securities lawyer to understand that. Many people following the story immediately did so. Apparently Jake still doesn't get it.
