I was wondering if there are reporting requirements for change of ownership. What filing(s) should we expect to see? On what sites would they be posted? Timeframe?

I am in agreement that ANY eyes on this ticker is great! Jake is a millionaire with a legal team behind him. He seems to have a plan. I can imagine him being so dumb to not have a game plan.

Worst that can happen is that iflm has a new CEO who wants to take over from old crappy ownership. WIN/WIN
