That's odd - I have Humana Part D too (not sure of the exact plan type), pay $31/mo in premium, and after the deductible is met I pay something like $115/mo - maybe her plan doesn't have a $415 deductible, which is why she's paying ~ $45 more per month for V?

As far as sending anecdotal coverage experiences to AMRN, would be better to do a new Part D search and show them how many plans in your state cover V (at any tier) vs. how many do not - I know last year only roughly 5 out of 30 or so plans in my state had V on formulary for 2019. But that point is sort of moot now (except for what some believe is JT stretching the truth about Medicare coverage of V), with PR and Sept PDUFA V should be covered by all plans in 2020, and as I wrote in a different post Express Scrips changed their coverage of V in 2019 after you had to choose a plan in late 2018 - only people who became eligible for Part D during 2019 benefited from that change. At least that answers one question I've had for a while - can (and do) Part D plans change formularies during the year - answer is yes.
