When I was working for cvs we always went the xtra mile for the patients. We would always call the insurance to help get drugs approved. Usually the mds had to initiate the pw. Nothing that we could do after that. Cvs now delivers here in Tampa. They are always backlogged do to lack of help. The big shots could not care less. I am glad to be retired after 38 years and having owned 2 stores in Brooklyn. I do not recommend this profession to anyone especially retail any longer. I went decades without a dedicated lunch break working 12-14 hr shifts.
