Sound like you think your Vascepa rep responsible for coverage database, negotiation with insurances or has a firsthand information … Otherwise your post does not make any sense ...

Nope: Amarin has the staff dedicated to this task and these aren't the reps … and to avoid any doubt: it isn't JT either … (more likely) he is involved in a few negotiation - with the biggest insurances - only … if in any.

Your experience is real but it is a smaller percentage of the total US market than the p-value in the R-IT …

It is really amazing that you think you have better and more accurate knowledge about the coverage than JT …
