Yes you are correct. I am following it daily on Pacer. Next Wednesday is the Final Deadline for Judgment. Default Judgment and Motion already filed.

Then we will see a quick ruling because this is the default waiting period. Then SOLI has already prepared and submitted the documents to the judge on May 22nd to be signed and the immediate retirement of the 12.6 frozen illegally issued shares dropping the float to 36 million shares.

Once that is done we are on our way to UpList and then all hell breaks loose and the World finds out about CareClix going public!

Then the next announcements in regards to acquiring PYF and the World Wide Telemedicine Technology Company!
