I didn't listen to the speech. But I believe you. It was a ceremony that honored one of the most important days in world history and the men and women who were a part of it. But this kind of stuff doesn't interest Donald Trump. So he sort of turns off and goes through the motions.

The Nasdaq's third tier, the AMEX can be just as bad, and last but not least, the OTC, it seems, are financial venues that reward failure.
