The ridge-runner-slider? on the cross-back kitchen glass door has worn through and it's a ton to open and shut. At the open end of it there is a longer stretch of solid grounding, while at the shut end there is only about a foot. So it's lift and yank, lift grunt yank (no, no American soldiers involved) .. repeat, so lately i've just been leaving it open. LOL, is good as long as the wind is not blowing the wrong way with heavy rain. And, i figure, in it's wounded form it will last longer this way.
