I've had a few mishaps myself and I just tell people that 'I prefer to do my own stunts', like Jackie Chan.
One of my first nights in the old lake house, I had more than my fair share of moonshine and wound up sleepwalking and tumbling down a set of stairs into walls that I had just stripped. The nails and screws I missed removing (really only one)took their toll on my noodle.
I now bare a giant horseshoe shaped scar on my scalp. Fortunately I'm blessed with a full head of hair so you really can't see it a few days after my haircuts.
36 staples in my head at 3 AM no anesthesia because I was so drunk. The attending Dr. told me that I had just got the cheapest brow lift in history.
..... I got plenty more if you ever start feeling like a klutz again. I haven't broken any bones (knock on keyboard) but I'm sure I can one up you on sprains and such.
Thankfully never at work but I do perform my own stunts.
Wisdom is learning from the mistakes of others.
Intelligence is learning from your own mistakes.
A fool learns neither from the mistakes of others, nor his own mistakes.
