Why would anybody want to own the IFLM shell? It is so toxic its crazy. The toxic debt situation on IFLM is a mess.

Even if Koch were to work out a deal to buy the Series AA preferred stock from Ritche it wouldn't stop IFLM from seeing continued massive dilution in the future.

This volume created by Jake Noch was a godsend to the Note holders.

IFLM doesn't get much volume very often and now that it has volume its a great opportunity for Note holders to call for conversions and dump new stock into the market.

Don't be surprised to start seeing known diluter MMs on the ask now that IFLM is alive from this senseless pump.



Out of curiosity do you know how Noch obtained his 15,448,911 VNUE shares that he reported owning on 5/31/19?

I see today that he filed that he sold all his shares in VNUE

I assume he acquired the stock off the open market, but he never disclosed how he got them.


It definitely could be foreshadowing to what his plans are/were for the IFLM stock he stocked up on off the open market.
