I'd like to revisit this point if you are willing. If one assumes the indeterminate group is all pspd that would be a negative signal for a long position. LL labels them pspd, I haven't found where she thinks otherwise. However, if say half or more were rapid progressors that is a huge buy signal, so can you explain why you think they aren't all pseudos because everyone should increase their position if that is the case.
