I have similar issues. I find that melatonin just before bed and playing relaxing music that I enjoy all night helps. The music gives you something positive to focus on while the melatonin does its thing.

Adding paced breathing and/or meditation to this is also helpful. You should also get a sleep test to make sure oxygen levels are maintained during sleep. I have night time hypoxia so I use supplemental oxygen at night.

Wouldn't it be nice if 2-73 could provide us all with better sleep and the only "side effect" would be fewer CNS issues?
