Yes. Both Twitter accounts are brand new, created in May. A few days or weeks ago. How suspicious is that?

His company's website was created in January 2018. The IP address of the server is, or appears to be, in Sao Paolo, Brazil.

Seems a bit sniffy to me.

And if his intention is to take his company public somehow, he doesn't appear to know how that's done.
