Of course stocks generally move as a group. I stated many times that it may or may not mean anything. without any news, no one knows why an individual stock goes up or down, although some believe they do. I have been in the market for over 50 years and have seen it all. Without any specific news on ACB i assume nothing.I may say a possibility but nothing as a fact.
