JM Burkman is a lobbyist that might or might not have an association with RSHN, if they are lobbying for Rushnet here’s the list of current and past clients up to date now”2019”. JM Burkman Duns # has nothing to do with RSHN . If you notice ALL of Burkman clientele have their own Duns # that are bidding federal contracts or Grants as it is a Requirement from the US Federal Government.
