I'm not saying you're right or wrong. I just think most thought Jan would stroll in to the bank, sign a document or two, pick up the cash and the next day shovels would be in the ground... That is nowhere near how it works. I sold a commercial property on a much smaller scale and there were delays with that,in fact I thought the buyer was going to back out. The day of the closing he looked like he was a combination of terrified and beyond nervous. That deal was just under seven figures and only between two parties... I can only imagine the hoops Jan has to jump through with this...
