I suspect there is troubles on the inside. The new investors can not be happy. The common shareholder got dumped on to the new investors. Then the new investors are getting dumped on. The share unlock put a lot of free trading shares in the hands of old investors/insiders. Some were sold at the offering. I suspect they continue to dump in the open market. If I am right the new investors could start trouble. Who did they borrow from? What kind of terms could they get on a shelf offering now? None that would make new investors happy that's for sure.
