Arconway, I think you are on to something here. However, I still do believe Grimes 3&4 are done. Skip Taylor reported to Futrcash that he had "mobilized" on Grimes. In construction terms that means the crew and equipment are there and work has begun. As we know it only takes a matter of a few days to actually complete the work, therefore, I think they are done. However, keeping the flow rates quiet helps in the negotiating process of future leases. All will come out in time and cannot be hidden much longer. The state will start to release flow rates, at which time it will be public news. A PR just prior to that would be welcome news.
