AIMster, issues addressing include commissions and price movement required for transactions -- For commissions, I think I have that pretty well handled. If you don't have a lot of money and are making small transactions, you may be surprised at the REAL price you get. Even though you have to put in orders with broker for a quote price, I now look to see what the REAL price will be.

The other area is how big a price move to wait for. Lichello's main example (10-4-10 cycle), moves were at least 20%, as I recall. Smaller moves can be profitable. BUT TAKING EVERY POSSIBLE (SMALL) MOVE WILL LEAD TO LOSSES AND TREMENDOUS NEGATIVE CASH POSITION OVER A CYCLE. I have a rule of thumb I myself use, but not ready to share that until I prove it out more.
