Gers... I just hope that the Oral arguments won't be dragged on indefinitely? It is time, IMO, for the Courts to take a tough stand against further delays, which may be now recognized for what they always were, at least through 2017 and 2018, which were deliberately constructed to pressure Gers into capitulation! The defendants know darn well the stresses Gers and KK are going through, and have no regard for honesty and fair play?

Maybe Gers can now, after a period of time making oral statements, to place an order of "Whatever it is" to stop unnecessary arguments that probably have been gone over a number of times already? If we can catch them in a deliberate delaying tactic, we will have additional fuel to stoke the fire with to get this thing concluded! I know changes in Judges have aided the Defendants in my opinion, but Gers has the Documents to present to the Judges to take a strong stand against anything the defendants bring to the Table that have already been discussed and finalized!

Who knows how long this thing will drag on, but Gers has the responsibility of stopping any foolishness the defendants have under their sleeves to keep this thing going until the last man standing has to give-way for lack of resources! And it might just be us!

Remember, Gers has lost much R&D time, and Business development time, where the Defendants are still blazing away with their Ethanol production, and Waste product conversion into extra Ethanol! So now is the time to expedite this thing as we are losing far more than the defendants are! Let's hammer them as they are our enemies, and we shouldn't treat them so kindly? They are Hell bent on beating us to a Pulp, while we may be taking the high road, which may be fine, but if we can bring past punishments for anything Illegal they might have done, it might prove something more to the judges? I am sick of this appeasing by the judges just to give alleged wrong doers way too much leeway in defending themselves, which should be done yes, but only to a degree that makes sense, as we are being hurt SIGNIFICANTLY each and every day this thing goes on!!! Judges, give us a break too will you? IMO..
