It is unlikely any new motions will occur until after the oral arguments which I think is the next step. I am concerned that this filing on PACER is way to bring public pressure on the defendants to settle as the "handwriting is on the wall", heck it is inscribed in granite, which way the Federal Circuit is going to rule. If there is a motion before the oral argument it could be both sides moving to withdraw the case as a settlement has been reached.

By the way, this would not be a good outcome for GERS' shareholders in my opinion. Better than the Federal Circuit reaffirming the lower court (which will not happen), but not nearly as impactful as the patents being validated by the highest court that will hear this case.
