After seeing your post about the lack of DD into Harold Jahn on May 17, I started looking for conflicts between Provision and Jahn or Prosperity, and I came across the following docket of lawsuit filed by Provision Interactive on July 30, 2018 against Prosperity investments, LLC and Harold Jahn. This page only shows activity through September 27, 2018.

It does seem that the only activity is on the behalf of Provision relative to their filings for breach of contract, as neither Harold Jahn nor Prosperity Investments LLC, are making court appearances.

Then I was able to find the following docket of the case that shows all activity from the beginning, July 30, 2018 through March 13, 2019, but could not access the PDF details of the case without being a paid subscriber to pacermonitor.com, at that point I did not continue.
