ETRADE will not allow purchase of a company in the grays, Here is what I got from Curt last week.

the company is planning on releasing some information on/before this summer as things seemingly are starting to pickup in a post-covid business world. The company does have prospects both domestically and internationally, and will continue to pursue them this year.

I emailed and he replied right away. Basically stating that multiple projects are in the works and COVID slowed progress due to California shutdown. He would not answer questions about grey market or specific projects and was very careful not to really give anything valuable.

Seem someone knows something as there is much adding recently.

I am cautiously optimistic.
