The relationship of sleep quality to neurogenesis is well established science. All that will be needed to prove efficacy is proof of improved sleep quality. New electronic monitoring methods will easily show this in the P2/3 population.

The debate here is two folded and should be separated really.
No one including me is saying that a CNS related disorder does not cause sleeping problems. I have first-hand experience so do you unfortunately.
No one including me is saying that therefore if a CNS disorder is really diminished by any of Anavex's drugs that the sleeping disorder will not be diminished or even vanish, it will be diminished if A273 is effective.

The debate here is not about that. And yes Anavex has almost no side effect and Belsomra has many. Therefore
if Anavex proves it works AS good logically the SOC choice will be Anavex..
