You live in a privileged place where you can get lobster direct from the fishermen.

Most of us don't have that luxury.

The fact is that 90% of the shrimp sold in the US is farm raised. That vast majority of that comes from offshore. Many of the offshore shrimps farms use prohibited antibiotics and other unapproved substances.
