Yes, there is much truth to that (usual) well constructed and written post. I will however take issue with one of the thought threads only because I do know what I"m talking about here ...

Li may or not know that his leadership is absolutely necessary in the management of an American company. BB has obviously not accepted that he is the "bottom line" to the company's operation. That is not uncommon for a CEO who values his/her reputation more than the risk required to motivate success. Ergo, the folks in LF are waiting around for some direction and Li is waiting around for some them to make things happen.

Seen it a thousand times or more ... and the only ones who can remedy the situation are LI and Bromage. One of them has to step up and get it done. Li probably does not have the time and BB apparently does not have the guts which brings us full circle to the primary issue.

Why did Li sink in the cash ( his ?) if he was to take an ambivalent leadership role. In order for us to profit from this whole mess Li has to get up on his haunches and scream " I WANT YOU PEOPLE TO DO THUS AND THEREFOR BY (DATE) OR I'M FIRING YOU". In that manner BB will have an excuse to get the dirty work done FAST.
