Ok, so new development company "hyperlight" has a website, but they do not appear to have anything of substance to-date except for a few research papers showing there is some potential to their new nano version of LN modulators, there currently appear to be no scientists or engineers working on the development project, but at least we know that they are currently searching to hire a " device lead"
