And there lies the conundrum... UCPA is supposed to be much cleaner than so many other stocks out there, and yet the price remains so low. Either this truly is a hidden gem or its not...

They always say the "market" is always correct in the price that is reflected, so what issue(s) are holding this back? If DD posted is half of what they say this should be rolling this past week and next.

Very confused since middle of December 2018.
