Not a problem! I am always willing to talk any stock as we are students of the game trying to better our lives. So POTN is a greek tragedy. I made about 130k profit on that one last year riding it from .035 to .90. I held a ton of shares at the high still because I believed that management was goign to pay off that SND convertible loan that converts at .003 a share. Unfortunately management fooled me twice on that and so at .30 I fully cut the cord and took the rest of my money off the table. Let me be very clear here - I love POTN's product and order from them regularly. THe revenue growth and public awareness is very solid and they continue to print positive net incomes which is fantastic. Unfortunately, they have proven to be run by crooks imo. They still have the .003 convertible loan even though with their assets and revenue they could easily refi that loan and get out from under the convertible. Instead they have issued millions of shares to insiders. In the annual 2018 report they showed a small 10m dilution change from 2017. However that's not true because they had converted 300m common shares into 17k pref shares in the middle of the year so in effect the dilution was 310m. Since that year end 2018 report shares have risen from 569m to 675m shares or 115m shares converted at .003 in less than 5 full months. That is the killer and that is the reason they keep getting crushed every day. THese insiders can go short shares on margin in the open market at say .15 or .10 or whatever, then they go convert that same number shares at .003, deliver those shares to close their short and they net a huge profit per share of (.10 - .003). It's a shame without doubt becuase again everythign else about the company is real nice and very promising. Until they fix that convertible note though I'm not touching it. It's why I love UCPA so much...no dilution in 8 years and no convertible notes. Good luck in your decision but there's a reason I own 15.3m+ of UCPA and not one share of POTN currently.
