OK FOLKS, Dr. M just put out some more breadcrumbs for those who will see them. ZERO reason to start an under 18 Rett trial UNLESS they are getting good results in those over 18.

I have the same read of this. When asking WHY DO THAT? IMO, he is saying..I have very high confidence in the outcome of this trial. In fact, it is really not a trial in the sense we have known them according to FDA folklore of uncertainty. He is demonstrating that he can predict w/confidence level approaching certainty what will happen and that this is a VERIFICATION of the science and validation of the restored CNS Homeostasis thesis.
