SBFM is nothing more than a mechanism to allow a few scam artsits a way to fund their personal endeavors, while giving nothing back in return.

They can't get legitimate funding from banks. banks require proposals, collateral, workers, financial statements, ways to pay back monies.....these clowns cant provide any of that, they simply setup a shell (SBFM) to funnel money, on the back of shareholders/shares.

sbfm shares are used as cash to pay these clowns salaries, bonuses, personal business endeavors. Notice how they keep anything that could be argued as value, outside of SBFM....deem SBFM the parent company. their pathetic aminos, atlas pharma, nox pharma, advanomics, now their stupid cancer drug...that's no longer with SBFM...THE WHOLE REASON THIS TRASH EXISTS...NO LONGER PART OF SBFM, BUT COME ON NOW, THEY ARE RAISING MONEY FOR THEIR BS FLASHIP DRUG THAT THEY DIDNT CREATE...all so they can personally benefit, without giving any value back to shareholders. It's all a scam. Buy everything/leverage all business functions with shares, zero accountability. CFO owns a shell business that was gifted SBFM shares, and allowed to do what he pleases with them....hmmm, shocking a bank or lender wont help them....CEO lends SBFM money. Charges interest, and penalties on it, constantly converts it. Hmmmm......Advanomics, another shell owned by the CEO/CFO get paid by SBFM and gifted shares.....for who knows what?!?! Its all a scam. They will NEVER get funding, banks are smart. Read their filings, all there. No one will fund this trash, it would only be funnelled right to the directors, and provide zero return.

This will hit trips again. Next stop will be bankruptcy, cant see another RS.
