Does the delay tell you anything about the company? IYO was this a major strategic error in judgement or is there some other less toxic explanation?

Overall the news is somewhat of a relief. I knew something was wrong but couldn't figure out what. Yes this stock has decimated my account and I wish I never bought it. But that's over with now so the question is, what next?

3 month delay not the worst thing in the world, assuming execution going forward goes as expected. The questionable raise @17 and now this has me wondering if this is the tip of the iceberg
