Yes it is possible, as for how likely it is, we don't know.

However I don't think they would pay when this new market is ripe for companies to get it done just like this.

Like Sing said, they won't announce the details or the partner due to competition concerns...

THEY WON'T TELL US, THE COMPANY WHO SPAMS NNW WITH FLUFF PIECES DOESNT WANT TO GIVE US BIG INFO THAT WOULD ROCKET US INTO LARGE NETWORKS!

That's the crazy part to me, they have to keep it hidden, Greg must be having a meltdown holding this in.
