David Lazar's OTC SPAC's/CUSTODIAN Plays

Spot on, MSHFQ, from what I can see, is his lowest OS ticker out of all his shells. First filing in years on the ticker yesterday, recently reinstated with Nevada SOS as well. His tickers seem to average in the $2-$3 million range before they take off/merge, MSHFQ is the lowest OS and float of his that I see making it's valuation here only around $325,000. Just to get to his average shell price would be a $0.10-$0.15 PPS. Add in whatever merger then and this one could be a multiple $ stock. As someone stated before you add them when they are cheap, before the filings and merger comes, after that, especially one with a low SS like that they are hard to get in after the cats out of the bag.
