The q is meaningless

it represents the old company....

just an empty shell ticker symbol now...

if & when lazar finds a r/m partner...

lazar will file for custody termination

then a Nevada sos mgmt change

then they file for name change &

new ticker with "finra"... then new

owners in charge and lazar is

finished & moves on to next one
