Xu can't counter sue someone that has not filed suit against them in the first place.

Ustin filed claims with OTC, State of Nevada, and the transfer agent.

Xu has publicly threatened to file a suit against Ustin.

It's up to the OTC, State of Nevada, and the transfer agent to ignore Ustin as Xu's would like like them to in order to keep the SBES peace (snowballs chance in hell that will happen).

So back to my original point... Lawyers don't generally file "frivolous" suits as described by Xu so if not frivolous then Ustin has a right to be heard by a court which takes time and lots of it. Of course if Xu wants to file suit against Ustin because he just can't wait for the ever so slowly turning wheels of Justice then You'll likely see that frivolous "counter suit" filed against Xu by Ustin because Ustin has a right to be heard no matter how long it takes.

Just reading the last two 8ks tells the story of someone(s) pulling a fast one.

Reminds me of the story about Billy Joe and Bobby Sue singing "Go on, take the money and run".

Right now Min@ M@r and Prince have the money and have left the building leaving Xu at odds with Ustin inside.

Ustin has filed these suits to corner thieves leaving the Xu out of it. Truley inconvenient for the Xu that has paid for and received (stolen?) property.

Hasty response from the Xu IMO.
