The mention of "big news" was shortly after removed. The stock price shot up to .004

We then had the 10K released on 4-18. (We didn't know it yet but the timeline on the 10K coincides with the plan on the US-WTE website):

Which our newly elected board of directors member H. Burak Erten is a managing director. He is also affiliated with the World Bank.

Seems like a lot of activity for a stinky pinky, cheap street scam.

Or maybe the hard work and dedication has paid off with HUGE global financiers and a MASSIVE aggressive plan that is beginning to unfold.

I vote the latter.
