I really like the company’s products but if had one complaint, it would be the droppers. They are a PIA to open at times and they tend to leak at times. They sell premium priced products and that’s fine but they need to address this issue.

This is the common complaint with their product reviews. They need to listen to their customers. This is an easy fix.
