They sure do. Then when they do create agreements, it is with other unknown , do nothing companies just like them.

DCouto and crew have a very strange operating method.

Although you can tell when they are trying to land another victim, oops I mean investor. They release a new video.

In this case they took the old video apart and shuffled the sequences. They then just pushed out the ready dates for the batteries and changed the music.

Not much effort , just relaxed the prospective investor expectation and they can hopefully land another sucker.

As we experienced the " two weeks " excuse from these dishonest executives, the big money shareholders are getting the "two years" treatment.
