With more than 15 years of experience in cannabis manufacturing, cultivation, and business development, Jason not only brings a wealth of knowledge from this industry, but also the nutraceutical field. New acquisitions:

In addition to our recent acquisition of New Earth Development Corporation, RushNet(RSHN) and XYZ Hemp Inc. jointly announce RushNet Inc.’s acquisitions of, with significant profit participation by XYZ Hemp Inc., the following:

Cal City Concentrates, a Cultivation and Manufacturing company, has been issued permitting by the city of California City, permit number APN: 216-010-31. Cal City’s business operations are on 2.5 acres, utilities including main power line near the parcel, functioning water, and natural gas are present. These 2.5 acres is suitable for growing of CBD and processing, with a manufacturing facility. Experienced operator, Jason Jones, recently appointed as COO of RushNet(RSHN) and XYZ Hemp, seeks to expand and offer bottling for beverages and the capability to add infused CBD to beverages. This will also facilitate the product and beverage creation endeavors of RushNet(RSHN) and XYZHemp.

In addition to the Cal City Concentrates acquisition, RushNet(RSHN) acquired Bella Buds Inc., Inc. in Georgia and Maryland, with principal offices at 2700 Braselton Hwy, Suite 10-137, Dacula GA 30019 (“BBI”). Product news

Initial sampling has been well-received on RushNet’s Hempette cigarette alternative and a professionally created product is currently being created in a final step to get to market. Sample products are the key to this entrée.

The other nutraceutical/CBD blends, which are owned by XYZ, have been formulated and await further funding to create and go to market and include an innovative sleep blend to help with sustaining sleep as well as to facilitate sleep, a super anti-inflammatory blend, anxiety blend, pain blend, an all-natural energy/endurance blend, and a number of others with key potential market share.
