93 MILLION, YES 93 MILLION Dollars in RXMD NET REVENUE OVER LAST FIVE YEARS and RXMD COULDN'T come UP WITH 300K for an Acquisition without USE of TOXIC DEBT and CHICAGO VENTURES while Diluting Shareholders.
