Thanks for answering that question, thought everyone had just blown it off. Memorial Day is always the 4th Monday of May, so question is does FDA announce earlier on Friday 5/24 or violate their regs by delaying it until Tues 5/28? It's 60 calendar days, so day 60 falling on a holiday doesn't matter - I think they announce on 5/24, no reason to wait, as they've already made their decision. And if we don't get PR I will consider that a bad sign, and IMO so will the market - FDA might be able to clam up and give no reason for their decision, but it won't play well in the public's opinion because people will have MIs or die because of the delay. Plus standard review puts PDUFA in 2020, meaning Medicare Part D plans won't cover that indication until 2021, leaving AMRN only 8 yrs to hit peak sales in their biggest patient population - makes us worth less in a BO.
