then

you can review the thousands of companies that have been suspended in trading for 10 days by the SEC


then

you can review the thousands of indictments against fraudulent companies that have been issued by the U.S. Attorneys Office


With at least 1/2 of the above companies having issued "audited financials"

By all means where are all these scam companies that post audited financials?!?!?
