Green Grow was formed just recently by a guy named Peter Scalise

and has very little in terms of revenue



Actually. It’s doesnt matter. Issuing shares which is a lot less then earlier predicted was already baked in. Issuing shares to green grow to acquire $100M in revenue is nothing. Called an accretive acquisition. Finance 101
