Come on Wise, the PPS is held back by LPC financing to the tune of an average re-selling of LWLG "tappings" about 25,000 shares a day, that's a decent average daily hurdle in and of itself

and then the Short/Manipulation team has been working with this built-in advantage now for many years, notice they always point to the PPS, and never to the incredible progress!

this will end soon, deals are imminent, LWLG may still get a better financing deal from the Investor conference earlier this month, those deals are not done over lunch at the conference you realize!

and let's not forget the multiple Tier 1's and the Industry "purple brick wall", an Investment stake deal could happen literally any day now, and even other deals for initial orders similar to Poet's $3+ million could stop the LPC "tappings" for better than 6 months, maybe forever
